I help institutions navigate the most complex and high-stakes areas of college athletics: compliance, governance, NIL, hiring, risk mitigation, and strategic planning. My work spans Division I, II, and and I specialize in strengthening operations, advising leadership, and building systems that work in today’s rapidly changing environment.As the Founder of Brown Athletics Consulting, I partner with athletics departments, presidents, and conference offices to solve problems that traditional campus structures or outside search firms aren’t built to handle. My recent work includes compliance audits, governance and NIL frameworks, organizational reviews, hiring strategy, student-athlete success planning, and policy development used at national universities.Through College Recruiting Advisor, I lead workshops and one-on-one advising to help families navigate NCAA eligibility, recruiting timelines, and the college selection process. I’ve supported hundreds of prospects, coaches, and high schools across the country.In my campus role as Associate AD, I oversee compliance, student-athlete success initiatives, APR/PTD certifications, operations, and legislative strategy—while advising presidents, FARs, ADs, and legal teams on governance, NIL, the House Settlement, and structural planning.
