Responsible for the development and implementation of two new services for a client in the borders and trade area.• Working as a business analyst on the full project life cycle to deliver a quality service that meets all the proposed requirements.• Manage both design and development teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and met as well as aid with impediment removal.• Gathering and refining detailed requirements/user stories and documenting them on an issue tracking product (Jira) when signed off by all business and technical stakeholders.• Focus on identifying vulnerabilities and performing gap analysis between the designed (as-is) and proposed (to-be) processes after rounds of user research, conduct root cause analysis and prepare plans to prioritise and implement solutions. • Create design mock ups and process maps to help articulate solutions to business teams.Achievements• Launching a new digital service with a much improved user experience.• Currently in line with completing the project ahead of project deadlines and stakeholders’ expectations. • Created and launched a new service which increased the efficiency of users by 75% on average.
