I served as a Regional Vice President and Director with organizations including State Street Research Funds, Pioneer Investments, Old Mutual Investment Partners, and James Alpha Management, partnering with advisors, institutions, and executive teams to drive growth and long-term relationships.More recently, I spent two years serving as an Operations Manager with Airport Management Services at Logan International Airport, working within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. In this role, I focused on operational efficiency, team leadership, inventory and performance controls, and cross-functional communication to support consistent service delivery.In parallel, I hold multiple leadership and clinical support roles at the Gavin Foundation, including Assistant Director of Access to Recovery (ATR). Through this work, I support individuals in recovery through residential management, workforce development, structured programming, and counseling.My academic background in Sociology and Education has strengthened my ability to understand client and stakeholder needs at a deeper level, allowing me to deliver practical, people-centered solutions that might otherwise be overlooked.
