Supporting our EU affiliate operations, I ensure GDPR compliance, managing cross-border transfers, DPAs, DPIAs, and Art 30 ROPA. My commitment to safeguarding data led me to design and implement comprehensive compliance programs, leveraging legacy systems to meet statutory and contractual obligations through a broad cross functional team. This includes end-to-end DSAR processes for deletion, correction, access, and portability, as well as performing data lifecycle assessments for collection minimization and retention. My design of the OneTrust DSAR form optimized our response operations to focus on eligible consumers and reduce the white noise of bot submissions. My role also extends to regulatory sensing across US jurisdictions, developing training programs on data privacy compliance, regulatory investigations and spearheading contractual dispute resolutions to avoid litigation and maintain relationship. I\'ve been the driving force behind the negotiation and implementation of numerous SaaS, PaaS, and software licensing contracts, handling approximately 200+ deals annually. These also include sales side negotiations for data protection and professional services. My approach has always been to balance efficiency, compliance, and business objectives, ensuring Safelite remains compliant and competitive in an ever-evolving legal landscape.
