ABOUT CHRISTOPHER ALLAN

I have worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, during which time I have progressed from a trades position as an installer to my current role as a No.1 Site Manager. My most recent experience is within high risk high rise internal and external refurbishment and regeneration works. I also have experience in new build student accommodation and also social housing regeneration and refurbishment. I also have over 10 years experience in the renewable energies industry working for a market leader in the field & during that time have worked my way up from Installer to Senior Site Manager. I have amassed significant experience of the start to finish processes for Insulation both for Internal & Exernal Walls, Loft & Cavity. In addition to this I have been responsible for high volume residential/domestic & commerical sites for EWI and have more than 10 years exposure to working directly with local authority, housing association & council authorities on volume projects for social housing.Having worked in Australia I also gained direct hire & recruitment experience and was responsible for the Service Delivery of Solar PV & Insulation installation to residential customers across NSW, QLD & ACT.I have solid knowledge & experience of all Health & Safety procedures & requirements for a safe site & am passionate about maintaining site safety. Furthermore, I have been thoroughly responsible for all site administration, handovers, client meetings, quality control, contractor management, reporting & material procurement. I am also very conscientous about wastage, cost control & envirnomental protection & contractor safety matters.I am SMSTS Qualified (valid to 2029) and have current Senior First Aid, CSCS & Asbestos Awareness certifications.
