We live in an open world, fast, technical and civilizational mutation, real challenges of a paradigm shift that is already emerging and whose silver nascent economy offers the premises but there are still steps to offer today quality of service required: a consistent service offering to the needs of an aging population, developing the skills of professionals without departing from an efficiency objective, give meaning to actions and make professional pride in their work. We need a multifaceted, comprehensive approach that goes beyond the provision of care, often at work in care homes.\"Science without conscience is but the ruin of the soul\" wrote Rabelais. Our organizations are reintroducing, unconsciously, a neo Taylorism crawling by the search for a Master of uncertainty, even of reality, causing systemic loop control / no confidence in the origin of many disappointments. Therefore, I strongly believe that the symmetry of the attention, the contract of confidence are the keys to the success of organizations of a demanding customer service. The optimization of organizations, the circulation of knowledge, insatiable curiosity, have always guided my professional choices and allowed me to develop great versatility. I master many management tools or analysis including systemic approach and heuristic modeling. Pragmatic, I value as much field action, the source of our profits, as the analysis of the conditions of economic performance. I can adapt the parameters of an unstable environment and analyze complex situations to direct and lead a team, an organization, building a responsible and visionary strategy.
