As Worldtracer Coordinator, I managed, trained, supported lost and found services at aiport and headquarter office. I also updated the airlines lost and found procedures, supervised and resolved baggage traicing and compensations services, controlled and organised bid for Baggages delivery. Chargbaking falt airlines or handler using RL and prorates regulation and incressing quality allow to decrease lost and found cost and cases.
