Handle travel arrangements for visiting sports teams, sponsors, media and supporters in the UK.* We are looking after the groups from A to Z* Organisation of site inspections.* Negotiation of best possible rates with the suppliers in order to achieve competitive offers for the clients.* Liaising with the client / suppliers throughout the booking.* Presence of Interopa’s staff during the group’s stay.* Experience: Dutch National Football Team, Swiss National Football Team, PSV Eindhoven, RSC Anderlecht, Club Brugge KV, Ajax Amsterdam Youth team, etc. Develop, sell and operate original packages within the sport’s department. Management of the company football tickets allocation - Official overseas agent for several Premier League teams:* Deal with all sports / football package requests.* Manage the product inventories (tickets/ hotels).* Invoice all confirmed business.* Manage the tickets and coordinate the deliveries to agents and hotels.* Negotiate with other ticket agents with a view to purchasing additional stock.Plan and execute trips to visit existing and potential clients overseas:* Present to the clients offers and promotions.* Follow up on all trips.* Liaise with colleagues on new business achieved.
