ABOUT CHRISTOPHE DEBOU

I am a french citizen who can be considered as a true European. I have been working in several countries in Europe (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Poland) in different technical and managerial positions. However my activities went beyond the European boarders with assignments in North America, Middle East, India, Far East. I have a particular strong ability to adapt to any environments, even the most \"complex\". When based in Krakow (Poland), I have been developing System and Software Engineering consulting business across Central and Eastern Europe. I am now located nearby the largest European Technopole namely Sophia Antipolis, on the french Riviera. I have been involved in projects in Germany, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, South Korea in many different domains i.e. Automotive, Retail, Telecommunication, Banking, Finance. In the past, i was VP of a leading polish software house with worldwide responsibility for the telecommunication business unit. CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) is a growing hotspot for SW and IT business and this necessitates the development of good management practices in those countries, as defined in maturity models like CMMI or ISO 15504 (Automotive-SPICE) but also implemented good practices including Agile and Lean methodologies. I am an accredited CMMI for Development and CMMI For Services Instructor as well as certified SCRUM Master and Safe Agilist. I am a certified iNTACS Automotive SPICE Competent Assessor and iNTACS representative in France, Belgium and Switzerland. I also teach project management. Since 2007 I was the chairman of the yearly CEE SPI Conference I was also the chairman of the \"Agile Automotive Conference\" Specialties: Software Engineering, CMMI, Automotive-SPICE, Organizational Change Management, Agile, Lean, Nearshore Development, Outsourcing, BSS/OSS Software, Sales and Marketing Strategy
