Pre-Sales Support- Assist the NALA sales team with technical proposals- Participate in customer demonstrations and training on site- Participate in exhibitions and demonstrate product and software capabilities at technical conferences- Manage demonstration equipment for the NALA office- Document testing results and Write support documentation that allows customers to fully understand and use the products to their capacity.• After-Sales Support- Provide support to customers through a case management system- Assist customers during installations and implement equipment on site- Train customers remotely or on site (training modules)- Enrich and maintain the technical knowledge base available to customers (Online Support Center)- Track product returns and repairs for NALA customers.• Other assignments & duties- Drafting of technical documents (training materials, application notes, etc.)- Qualifying tests of new hardware and software solutions, firmware upgrades- Process customer feedback to ensure correction/improvement with sales, product and R&D teams.
