Working at fiagon and joimax opened up my mind for the world of medical technologies.The Innovation of so many people meets the needs of the physicians and patients. Working together with some of the best surgeons in the world to change surgical procedures was awesome!Building up relationships with all my customers was the next big experience in my career. For me they become more than \"just customers\", they become partners. A lot of our efford was based on their feedback and needs.What fiagon startet was changing the ENT market rapidly and now-a-days EM navigation in this field is a standard.But I also learned the true meaning of a good education system in the medical device market.The best technology will fail if you cannot teach it to the target groups.And teaching is never a one-way road. It always shows you the next steps you have to improve.The last thing I want to mention is the Passion.The projects I worked on would never be that succesful and the people I had the chance to work with would be never that happy and creative without passion.
