ABOUT CHRISTOPH REGIERER

As spokesperson for the Forvis Mazars Management Board in Germany, I represent our multidisciplinary partnership and our company both internally and externally. I am also a member of the Group Governing Board, which is the highest management body responsible for strategy development and governance within the Forvis Mazars Group. I have spent my entire professional life with Forvis Mazars and its predecessor companies since 1992. During this time, I have helped shape our growth path together with a steadily increasing number of partners – from a medium-sized Berlin company to Germany\'s eighth largest audit, tax and advisory firm, which is now also one of the top 10 worldwide thanks to the Forvis Mazars Global network formed in June 2024. Such a dynamic development was not foreseeable back then. I am all the happier to be part of this success story. I am a passionate public accountant and I am enthusiastic about my job. I try to pass this enthusiasm on to our employees on a daily basis. Because with the right attitude, we can achieve a lot together. We have developed into a sustainable organization, and in turn we support our clients in their sustainable transformation and build trust. Trust is a critical success factor in our industry and also a cornerstone for the stability of our society. That is why I attach just as much importance to transparency and credibility as I do to an intact, value-creating corporate culture and the quality of our work. Quality requires not only specialists, but also competition. I am committed to both and am involved in specialist bodies such as the Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer in Deutschland (IDW), whose Administrative Board I have chaired since 2023. Outside of my professional sphere, I hold various honorary positions, including as treasurer of the Humboldt-Universitäts-Gesellschaft.
