The future belongs to the optimistics and thus I always searched and will search for solutions and answers. driving actions very honest with without excuse is a key to generate trust, even if achievements inbetween are very painful. During the last 20 years I learned a lot in communicating with people in different countries all over the world. Culture might be different, butthe way of building up trust is everywhere the same.I am happy to still increase my network every week and learn new things that support me in my next tasks. Both sides of the medal help me to generate experience even from the stupid things I can learn how not to do it. And they still might be funny, which helps me as well.At the end it is all about enjoying stories and people.
