About Christon Carney

I am an optimistic person, who enjoys making possible that which one deems impossible or improbable. I have always striven to better myself and others as a result. Music is a huge part of my life, both in performance and in educating. I have always felt joy when I am able to ignite a passion for learning and music in the mind and heart of another. In preparing myself for potential roles in educating and advancing in my performance craft, I have applied, auditioned, and received the Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music Diploma in music performance. I have also been a member of several prominent choral ensembles, including Boston Lyric Opera Chorus, Nashville Opera Chorus, Heimmerman Chorale and others. Amongst my strengths, I would consider being a motivator for change and betterment to be a strength. I am also a hard worker, but not simply so. I pride myself in having a knack for creating and implementing systems in business and administration. When i join a team, it\'s to not only carry their mission forward, but also creating positive, efficient, and organized work/work process. Additionally, I am both highly creative and charismatic. I love to create and engage with others. Every opportunity to be innovative and create something new within my environment invigorates and motivates me.
