Highly skilled and experienced Business Development, Subsurface & Exploration Manager from the oil & energy industry in Norway, US (onshore and offshore) and with worldwide international business development (experience from in-depth projects in Brazil, Surinam, Guyana, Egypt, Algeria, Oman & Namibia). Strong hands-on experience in Subsurface Management, Field Development, Business Development, Value estimation, Field Development (conventional and unconventional assets), Reservoir Engineering, Geomechanics, Management Systems and IT Strategy. I am an enthusiastic and determined leader & professional with high work ethics, strong collaborative abilities, and a passion to succeed. Throughout my career, I have shown to learn new things quickly, always focusing on improving value, and I have developed an excellent understanding of the totality in a project/asset.
