Develop and execute strategic internal and external communications plans aimed at raising awareness of Staples’ evolved brand proposition, mission, values, and corporate social responsibility efforts through earned and social media. Serve as the primary point of contact for receiving and responding to media and community engagement inquiries on behalf of Staples and its subsidiary businesses. Develop program strategy to drive associate engagement with Staples\' Cause for Caring fund at all levels of the organization from senior leaders to hourly employee populations. Lead the translation of key business objectives and messaging into Staples’ organic social media content strategy. Helped drive and retain $620MM+ in revenue in 2021 through support of various inflation recovery events.
