I do all in my power to stay out of clichés, so I always think hard about how to present myself in this field. 🤪My professional path in big and small international companies gave me the opportunity to get to know everything in the HR sphere and now I can proudly say – this is my field of work! In the past few years I’m mostly oriented towards managing small groups of great recruiters, thus creating outstanding company culture, which I really believe is one of the most important things.I’m really passionate about all the things that I already mentioned (what a surprise!) and for me is very important to be able to help people around me to be their best selves.So far I have been part of many and different companies, on various job positions.
