Through innovative data-driven initiatives, we empower stakeholders to create lasting change in combating sex trafficking, labor exploitation, and domestic servitude.• Created an anti-trafficking research and data platform, addressing critical challenges faced by 23+ stakeholder groups engaged in combating a multi-billion-dollar criminal industry.• Designed and executed large-scale research projects, including the 2016 Pilot Study (501 respondents across 47 states and 70 countries) and the National Outreach Survey for Transportation (2021), engaging 3,896 respondents from 17 countries and four transportation sectors.• Led cross-functional teams of 50+ global experts and analysts, managing five working groups to deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.• Advocated for policy reform on Capitol Hill, training U.S. Congressional Members and Staff on anti-trafficking strategies and fostering bipartisan collaboration to advance legislative solutions.• Partnered with major U.S. Flight Attendant Unions to launch the National Outreach Survey for Flight Attendants (2020), amplifying frontline impact and awareness.• Developed strategic workflows and reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), fostering collaboration among thousands of stakeholders and driving systemic change.• Recognized with the USDOT Combating Human Trafficking in Transportation Impact Award (2020) for outstanding contributions to the field.
