I\'m a Fractional CFO at Maven who helps aesthetic, dental, healthcare practice, and small business owners alike understand their businesses from the inside out. Whether navigating growth, planning the next 10 years, starting up, budgeting the next location, or simply maintaining “business as usual”, I help owners make sense of their financials by encouraging tactical habits, forward momentum to objectives, and inspiring solutions to overcome obstacles. Specializing in multiple healthcare verticals, my extensive knowledge and network gives my clients insights to industry benchmarks, resources, and key partners to ensure they each meet their unique goals. My approach to financials is relatable, unpretentious, and, then some would even say, fun. Prior to Maven, I worked with numerous Fortune companies, successfully consulting top multi-billion dollar organizations to better financial and operational performance, driving multi-million dollar growth. My unique experience allows me to provide practice and business owners top-level financial oversight without the cost of a full-time, in-house CFO. Coming from four generations of small business owners, I know deeply that financial success means supporting families and communities. It requires more than just a good business idea; financial success requires attention and intention - which is why I\'m crazy passionate about the success of each of my clients. When I\'m not on Zoom or in the office, I\'m loving being a new mom, taking walks with the dog and a stroller, cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats, or searching for a new brunch spot.
