Big picture or day to day, I help product managers and creatives do more of what they do best.I\'ve spent 14 years building the systems, workflows, and alignment structures that let design and research teams operate at their best. My most defining work was at Roche Pharmaceuticals, where I grew from sole Creative PM with no existing infrastructure into leading a full Design Program across a 4-country team spanning UX design, behavioral science, research, and localization.I\'m also a founder. I\'ve built three creative businesses and launched a product line that scaled quickly by understanding exactly what customers want and how to reach them.Currently coordinating research initiatives in academia and serving as Board Chair for Mama Dragons, a nonprofit supporting moms of LGBTQ+ kids.At my best when I\'m in the room helping people figure out what\'s next — and building the structure that makes it happen.
