About Christine Trogdon

My passion is to create and implement learning and talent strategies that align to the current and future needs of the organization, and to build and empower high performing teams. I am an AVP Executive and Head of U.S. Learning Design and Delivery, Human Resources at TD, one of the largest banks in North America. With over 15 years of experience in learning and development and talent management, I lead and deliver on complex and integrated learning solutions that support the growth and development of over employees across various business lines and functions. My core competencies include consulting and collaboration, training analysis, design, development, project management, training facilitation, talent review and succession planning, performance management, and change management. I have successfully partnered with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to design and execute on learning initiatives that enhance the skills, capabilities, and performance of our employees. Some of the key achievements include aligning learning strategy to U.S. wide business strategy, changing the prioritization of projects to pan-wide U.S. bank areas and large business growth needs, through team restructuring, rapid transition during pandemic to support virtual learning and overseeing a distributed team of 72 learning colleagues and 4 team portfolios. I am a lifelong learner and a builder of best-in-class teams.
