Having helped grow Crete United to over 3,200 employees in under 5 years, I’m an experienced leader at delivering more with less in a rapid growth environment. A key driver was our business process and workforce optimization. It was great to be able to contribute my innate curiosity and holistic view of human and technological systems to continually improve processes and optimize performance. I’m at my best when leading workforce strategies and initiatives that transform people’s ability to deliver their best work. Never is this more true than when it comes to collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, defining and executing human capital priorities linked to both business strategy and drivers. A driving force of my career has been managing change by leveraging interpersonal relationships and prioritizing employee engagement across the organization. With a passion for collaboration and learning, my teams and I have been positive change agents. We’ve fueled growth by restructuring internal operations, improving accuracy, efficiency, productivity, and profit production. One of the things that humbles me, is that others describe me as being resilient. If I’m asked, I would say it’s my unbridled curiosity and a strong desire to contribute to a greater community, which are the characteristics that drive my performance and results.
