Primary DIRTT point of contact and provides overall construction management experience from pre-construction design to construction completion including design, coordination, budget, scope of work and schedule in support of the Partner. All with a client focused lens- Attend pre-construction design meetings in conjunction with the client, and review client/partner design deliverables, proposals, budgets, and documentation- Work in conjunction with internal teams & clients to ensure the project is meeting program standards- Assist Partners in advising general contractors and consultants on jobsite readiness requirements for installation- Observe and assist Partner progress as it pertains to coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hardware and security as well as procured items to guarantee target dates are met- Meet with clients, architectural design teams and general contractors as a professional DIRTT representative in conjunction with the Partner. Communicating effectively and efficiently both the concerns and best interests of both parties.
