My responsibilities include but not limited to-Supporting students to familiarize themselves with CfA projects on BA. Providing students with feedback on their academic work as they go-Weekly tracking of students’ academic progress on BA platform. Following up with the students on where they are and documenting-Identifying some of the additional skills that students need in order to be successful in their BA and organizing workshops for the students on the same-Facilitating some of the BA projects if need be for the students to be able to continue making progress- Providing individualized/small group tutoring for certain students on certain CfA projects that they are struggling with- Identifying some of the skills needed for the students to be more employable after they graduate in their BA and designing training programs for them or linking them to possible training opportunities-Mentoring and coaching students to successfully complete their BA program.
