Hi, I’m a mission-driven executive leader with over 15 years of experience in affordable housing, community development, and nonprofit management. As Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity Capital District, I’ve overseen the development of 80+ homes for first-time homebuyers and directed over $23M in investments to revitalize historically redlined neighborhoods. I’m especially proud of our transition to constructing all-electric, high-efficiency homes — a step toward a more sustainable future powered by clean energy. I’ve secured over $14 million in public and private funding, built strong partnerships across sectors, and led initiatives that center equity, sustainability, and community voices. I’ve been honored to be named to the Albany Business Review’s 40 Under 40 (2024) and Power 50 list (2023), and to lead a team recognized as the Northeast Regional Habitat for Humanity Affiliate of the Year (2023). I’m passionate about housing justice, sustainability, and community-building. I serve on the Policy Committee of Habitat for Humanity International’s U.S. Council and co-founded Jane Jacobs Walk Albany to spark community dialogue and connection. I also write a newsletter called Neighboring about housing, neighborhoods and small cities. I’m always open to conversations about housing, sustainability and how we can build a better future together.
