Practice Lead of the Program Management team for Hedge Fund Services (HFS) and lead Omnium Platform Governance. In this role, I’m responsible for the execution of the top strategic initiatives (technology and operational) that are prioritized for the Omnium Platform and its various global stakeholders (Hedge Fund Services (HFS) North America, HFS EMEA, HFS APAC, Investment Outsourcing Operations, Self-Managed Asset Owners and Derivatives). In this capacity, I align on yearly capital plans and lead my team of strategic project managers and IT agile project managers to roadmap project plans to maximize efficient, transparent execution. I provide monthly global stakeholder transparency and quarterly executive steer updates to drive thoughtful decision making and milestone achievement to move our business forward and support our ever-evolving client needs.
