She has over 20 years of experience in finance, analytics, and human resources, with a dual degree in finance and marketing from Georgetown University and a masters in business administration and accounting from the University of Maryland. As a senior leader at Hilton, Christine is responsible for creating and executing the talent strategy that supports the company\'s vision, mission, and values. She leverages her expertise in people analytics, workforce performance, recruiting, learning and development to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and excellence. She has played a key role in Hilton\'s growth and transformation, including its IPO, corporate restructuring, and pandemic response. She is also passionate about giving back to the community and serves on the Advisory Board of Make-a-Wish Mid-Atlantic, a non-profit organization that grants life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses.
