About Christine Lobas
I’ve always believed that strategy and creativity are inextricably connected; they simply speak different languages. As Founder and CEO of Studiothink, I help organizations define who they are, what they stand for, why they matter and how to bring that story to life,(inside the company and out in the world) in efforts to connect meaningfully with the people they serve. Our work spans both sides of brand strategy: the external, where we craft positioning, storytelling, and experiences that differentiate and connect; and the internal, where we build the cultures that give those brands meaning. When brand and culture reinforce one another, engagement rises, alignment strengthens, and the organization moves with clarity and confidence.For more than two decades, I’ve partnered with leadership teams navigating growth, change, and transformation. I’m drawn to work that asks human questions: how vision becomes lived behavior, how strategy becomes story, how people find themselves reflected in the companies they build.Outside of Studiothink, I serve on the boards of Southwest General Health Center, The Union Club of Cleveland, Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Cleveland Chapter, and the E&H Family Group;experiences that continually expand my perspective on leadership, community, and the role of purpose in sustainable success.
