PROGRAM: Headed program management and established program and project vision, building all shoreside IT environments for luxury yacht vacation start-up. PRODUCT: Built strategy to drive down product failures from 73% to 2% by recognizing need to segregate product, remove legacy technology, and increase IT maturity. PMO: Directed development of PMO function and team from ground zero – building strategy, vision, tools, and team culture – to advance infrastructure supporting luxury brand and guest expectations. PROJECT: Navigated 200+ global IT projects with 30+ vendors managed simultaneously, executing each with exceptional processes, scheduling, and delivery.
