About Christine Kraft
Whether supporting Blue Zones in San José, serving as Policy Director for Community Well-Being at the City of San José, Council District 6, leading a non-profit women\'s organization, or developing creative strategies to engage audiences in health and well-being, my passion is producing impactful results, products, and campaigns to drive insight, joy, behavior change and developmental leaps. Over the course of my career, I have worked at the intersection of wellness, storytelling, personal empowerment, and organizational development, and I love bringing big ideas to life. I leverage my degrees in Medical Anthropology and Communications, and my professional certificates in Integrative Health Coaching and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, to create innovative programs that support people through diverse personal and professional challenges. I am also the author of Unpacked: An Old Soul’s Guide to the Art of Relocation, a contemplative guide to developing a mover’s mindset and becoming a connected, impactful community member, wherever you are.
