Monitor and track client service requests and responses for US and European Client Service Teams. Provide one-to-one and group training to new and existing clients as needed. Provide inside sales support. Maintain case log and monitor tasks in SalesForce to track training sessions and check-in emails. Contact clients to review usage patterns and schedule training as needed. Track client feedback on information needs, workflow challenges and dashboard preferences. Generate usage statistics and provide administrative support for contract renewals to Commercial Team. Create additional Financial/Revenue analysis reports as needed.
