Project Manager: Design | ConstructionHouston Methodist Primary Care Group | Houston Methodist Specialty Physicians GroupPerforming as a liaison between the HM design teams, HMMOB construction team and the HMPO design/construction/procurement team for the opening of new and renovated Houston Methodist PCG & SPG clinics throughout the city. Actively participate in the process from initial design phase to 1st Patient Day, working closely with the clinic administrators and procurement team to deliver the clinic on time and under budget. Design tasks involve space programming, blocking, design development, schematic design and construction documents. Procurement includes major medical/minor medical equipment, IT/data, furniture, wayfinding, signage and art. Communicate with the team to hit major milestones by monitoring the construction schedule, attending the jobsite meetings, watching the budget and providing field coordination to prevent delays.
