Strategize with global team to develop a multi-omics landscape capable of bringing Boehringer Ingelheim to the forefront of the data revolution • Lead development of new pipelines and algorithms leveraging Nextflow, Lambda and AWS batch • Promote omics workflows for bulk RNA sequencing, single cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics. • Enable development infrastructure capitalizing on development tools (OpenShift, Jenkins), cloud resources (AWS,Azure), and knowledge graph databases(STARdog) to promote downstream workflows and machine learning. • Create machine learning and deep learning methods and workflows to identify potential biological targets and biomarkers
