This includes strategic and operational decision-making for the company, financial oversight and accountability, resource management, governing policies, and stewardship of organizational effectiveness.As Vice President, I am responsible setting the strategic goals and objectives for Capital Readiness in direct partnership with the board of directors. I provide project executive leadership and management for the planning and delivery of Capital Readiness projects, including Operations Readiness, Patient Move, Training, Day in the Life, and Facility Readiness.We develop and continuously improve IMH Healthcare’s project management processes and tools. We provide direction and insight into existing and expanding processes for all IMH service lines.I support Business Development for IMH, which includes developing and closing new leads, supporting marketing to prospective clients, and establishing annual and ongoing business development goals.
