   Analytical sales engineer covering Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, and eastern Washington. At Shimadzu Scientific Instruments, selling instruments isn\'t simply about a transaction; sales start and end with service. Our local Montana team strives to assist our customers in identifying problems and guiding them to the best solution. As a classically-trained PhD analytical and physical chemist, I use my research-centered background to understand my customers\' science and applications. Then, using the team-oriented structure of Shimadzu, I partner with the customer, product line managers, technical support scientists, and service engineers to develop the best solution. From the initial point of inquiry, customers become integrated in the Shimadzu culture of respect, honesty, and loyalty. Like our instruments, our partnerships with our customers are rugged, robust, and built to stand the test of time.
