I help companies perform better and build stronger relationships in teams. Clients appreciate my positive and ever questioning attitude in coaching teams and individuals (on all levels), training and facilitating workshops in - team development (collaboration, goal-orientation, roles & responsabilites, building trust, open communication, engagement, change, stakeholder management)- leadership (situational leadership, motivation, feedback, getting results, recruitment and talent management, coaching attitude, communication, change,)- personal leadership (self-awareness, defining mission, goals, values and how to achieve them)- coaching attitude and skills (I am also a ICF Level 1 and 2 coaching trainer)I consider self knowledge and selfreflection the starting point to great leadership as well as collaboration in teams and jobsatisfaction of employees. I help companies increase the engagement of employees which will lead to better performance. Insights Discovery and the enneagram are the tools I use to increase self-awareness of executives, managers and employees, as a starting point in coaching and teambuilding.
