As Vice President of Communications at CEDIA, I lead the development and execution of a global public relations and communications strategy to position the association and its leadership at the forefront of the smart home industry. I partner closely with the Global President and CEO to shape and deliver our strategic vision to diverse audiences worldwide.My role centers on enhancing CEDIA’s reputation and brand through a comprehensive PR plan spanning industry, consumer, and trade channels. I oversee media relations, including pitching CEDIA leaders as trusted experts across TV, print, online, and social platforms to maintain our relevance and authority.I’m an active member of CEDIA’s Executive Leadership Team, collaborating cross-functionally and engaging directly with our Board. I provide leadership to the Meetings & Events team to ensure every event advances the CEDIA story.
