   TeleSAFE is a remote consultative service supporting hospital emergency medical care teams in caring for survivors of sexual assault to deliver the highest quality care.• Successfully led New York TeleSAFE strategically and operationally through restructuring and expansion, bringing the program from its pilot phase fully into St. Peter’s Crime Victim Services• Operated pilot program within a venture-capital backed startup telehealth company• Under my leadership, the program has grown to become a national leader in sexual assault examination support services, currently operating in 1 out of 4 hospital emergency rooms across New York State.• Provided strategic oversight and guidance, driving program growth for sustainable and targeted expansion and ensuring those hospitals with the greatest need, have the opportunity to partner• Engineered software database tool as a central element of program operations, providing powerful clinical tools and business analytics• Built relationships with key partners across New York State, including Department of Health, Office of Victim Services, and the state sexual assault hotline• Fiscal management of 7-figure annual operating budget• Developed white paper for program and cybersecurity elements
