Responsible for business development across 12 states with Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare managed care markets for Specialty and infusion pharmacy services. Specifically working with large health plans, government plans and other payer sectors as identified. Researching and gathering market intelligence on product and service needs in today\'s health care marketplace. Secured key payer contracts for the markets I served year over year. Secured a 98% contract status with the top payers in MN for a DeNovo infusion pharmacy. Continue to work in new DeNovo markets in securing payer contracts. In 2020, secured contracts representing over 10 million lives, a 52% increase over 2019. This included a large Blues plan and represented the first contract across the entire Optum enterprise. Further, all contracts were with key payers in the markets I served. Infusion branches impacted in all markets served. Developed new Payer Value stories, including innovative techniques for these value stories. Developed and conducted a new format for Operational and Sales implementation meetings for all new payer clients. Developed an innovative Site of Care program for a key payer which was highly successful and increased medical savings for the payer.
