Before we begin, take a deep breath and relax your shoulders.doesn’t that feel better already?It’s those simple and small adjustments we make throughout our day that won’t leave us feeling burnt out, overly tired, or leave us with a headache by the end of the day. Whole body wellness is my passion and what I live by and wine is my business. You wouldn’t think these two thoughts could marry so beautifully together, BUT IT DOES! Wine is fun, brings laughter, celebrates community and when made with traditional methods, without added chemicals, synthetic pesticides or junk, it can absolutely enhance your overall wellbeing. I am a full time mama to 2 beautiful and healthy children and a wife, living in sunny Southern California. I have over a decade of experience in management and team leadership in the construction industry. I’ve always enjoyed being a leader, but the missing piece for the past 10 years was my burning desire to be a leader with a purpose. Then the stars aligned and I began my own e-commerce wine business, which finally fills my cup, or stemmed glass, with so much meaningful joy. I am a leader, mentor and the biggest cheerleader to a team of diverse men and women who have taken the leap to financial and time freedom with me.From health coaches, stay-at-home-moms, real estate agents and those with full time jobs.
