ABOUT CHRISTINE BERK
Christine M. Berk focuses her practice on real estate, business and corporate matters, trusts and estate planning, contract disputes, complex business litigation, real estate litigation, and general civil litigation.Born in Guam and raised in California, Ms. Berk attended California State University, Fresno as a Rodman Scholar and graduated cum laude. She earned her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law where she actively served in leadership roles. Ms. Berk has also served as a court advocate for domestic violence victims in Duval County and continues her advocacy as a Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children in Osceola County and serves on the UNICEF Orlando Congressional Action Team committed to humanitarian and developmental assistance to children and mothers in developing countries. Prior to law, she was a news reporter covering real estate, banking, finance, employment, education, and local, regional, and state legal issues.Ms. Berk is a member of the Florida Bar Association (Sections: Business Law; Real Property, Probate and Trust Law; and International Law), and the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association (Past President). She is also active in the local community through the Asian American Chamber of Commerce (Board of Directors), and other organizations serving Central Florida.In her free time, she laces up her racing shoes or plans trips with family and friends.
