I was a Flood Insurance Underwriter from April 2017 to July 2022. I have been processing non-money and money endorsements, renewals and cancellations per NFIP rules and regulations. Have great quality assurance reviews of 100% since starting. Previously I was a Private Mortgage Insurance Underwriter for seven years and am looking for a new opportunity. I\'m interested in learning FHA, VA and other mortgage underwriting programs by becoming a mortgage loan processor, mortgage underwriter or title processor. I have a great background in underwriting convention mortgage loans for private mortgage insurance risk and compliance with FNMA/FHLMC and other Investor guidelines. This includes credit report analysis, income calculation including personal and business tax returns, financial statement evaluation and appraisal collateral reviews. Am very excited to start a new opportunity and joining a new team. I\'m really looking to become a more well rounded mortgage professional. If I need to start at the beginning at a bank or broker to obtain all the required skills I\'m ready and very excited to learn much more.
