At the University of Southern California, I used the intersection of my consulting, coaching, and researching in my dissertation on Inclusionary Practices of Leaders in Biotechnology. A Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a Certified Leadership Circle Profile Practitioner, I excel at providing effective and personalized coaching and feedback to executives and leaders.
