I have 20+ years of experience in Management in the Photography industry. As a Pro Photographer, I was trained at an early age, in studio set up / lighting, then on location settings. My career advanced into Managing, hiring, training, and coaching teams of photographers. I then purchased the studio and continued to own and operate it for an additional 12 years. I currently run the Market for a Real Estate Virtual Tour Company. I oversee a team of 15 Photographers here in the Greater Seattle Area, Manage the growth of the territory, and do Office Presentations at Real Eatate Brokerages. My position allows me to work closely with an overseas production team, reviewing all the company photos Nationwide, and provide feedback on improving the quality of the final products. I report directly to the CEO
