This involves defining clear ownership, establishing efficient workflows, and fostering a culture of collaboration that allows us to deliver high-impact work across a complex ecosystem of products.A core part of our work involves leveraging AI and machine learning to deliver dynamic and enhanced user experiences. We use these technologies to optimize the payment flow, proactively address user friction, and create personalized, intelligent payment journeys that improve success rates and user satisfaction across the Google ecosystem.
