I am a number of things. Most notably, a proud mother of three young men!On a work related summary, I have never had a job that I did not LOVE! Thirty plus years at Regal Rexnord (formerly Rexnord) has given me some great opportunities - Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, Director of Engineering & Customer Care, Director of Corporate Training, Director of Field Marketing.The spark that ignited my current career was formed due to my passion of combining engineering/technology and learning! With a company built on strong core values and a leadership philosophy focused on people, I find it easy to educate people on our high quality products and amazing company. I am also excited to drive brand awareness through face-to-face interactions with consumers. I enjoy being the liaison between Regal Rexnord and our customers by providing them valuable information about our products and services to help deliver solutions. During my first fifteen years with Rexnord I worked in various engineering roles which allowed me to provide solutions directly to our customers. I have seen a lot of unbelievable manufacturing facilities and worked with a lot of amazing people.
