ABOUT CHRISTINE WATZKE ULBERT
I am a certified compliance and ethics professional with a strong background in managing integrity, ethics and compliance programs both regionally and globally. Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented compliance programs for multiple multi-billion dollar publicly-traded global organizations, as well as developed training (both online and in-person) modules, internal compliance communications programs, and drafted and reviewed an extensive number of internal policies and procedures related to various compliance risks, including: investigations, reporting mechanisms, human rights/harassment/discrimination/diversity/inclusion, privacy, anti-competition/antitrust, anti-bribery/corruption, interactions with HCPs/HCOs, conflicts of interest, third parties/business partners, as well as other high-risk compliance areas. My passion for compliance is evidenced by my involvement with several compliance organizations, as well as serving on the Organizing Committee of the Chicago Regional Business Ethics Network.
