I work as an international facilitator, trainer and coach and am passionate about leadership, facilitating transformational change and social innovation. As founder of the Generative Facilitation Institute and Facilitate U I am dedicated to facilitate people and organizations reach their full potential and use their generative power and collective creativity to shape the world in a responsible and sustainable way. I have vast experience in working with leaders, multi-cultural teams and organizations from across the globe and across all sectors. In my work I help them in effectively co-creating new futures together including the facilitation of deep change processes and innovative, cross-cultural and value-oriented leadership development.
