   Leading Benefit Clarity Employer & Individual initiative which transforms and improves how to capture, store & manage, and share benefit information with constituents. Role includes leading Steering committee, presenting to enterprise program leaders, collaborating with technology and business partners, setting timelines and roadmaps, preparing CBA information for capital approval, and setting and tracking budget. • Completed Core Service Leadership Experience as a pilot member, and one of 19 Directors in UnitedHealth Group chosen to partipate. The experience uses Common Language of Leadership and executive presentation skills to prepare for future leadership opportunities.• Coordinated implementation of new operations procedure technology readiness, as part of CSLE assignment. This included creating Steering Committee documentation, tracking budget, creating a migration timeline, and creating materials for CBA for capital approval, and creating communication materials for different levels including front-line and executive. • Led Claims Operations and Benefit Installation (COBI) End to End Interoperability initiative. This partnered with upstream areas to create value streams maps to identify improvements for savings within the claims area. Identified over $6M in savings for claims due to changes in policy and implemented automation solutions.
