Vascular neurologist with a passion for improving access to quality stroke care in resource-limited settings. My clinical focus is on vascular neurology and critical care, with extensive experience in stroke units, neuro-intensive care, and telestroke services.My research is centered on the implementation of global stroke care, particularly in resource-limited settings.In 2020, I initiated the Nepal Stroke Project, a collaboration with the Nepal Stroke Association. This project aims to improve stroke care in Nepal by creating stroke-ready hospitals, implementing quality monitoring, and raising public awareness.
